KOLOM

Kolom is a collection of experimental images that I created as a response to my previous unhealthy relationship with photography. I used to gauge the success of an image based on how 'perfect' I could make the composition or by the number of likes it would receive on social media. This pursuit became exhausting, turning the creation of art into a chore. By releasing the pressure to attain the perfect image and embracing experimentation, play, and the acceptance of failure, I have redefined what success means to me.
My recent work is flawed, but it is undeniably me.
